Make the Windows Desktop Application portable. And add a separate setup file or software which can control your VPN logins and protect it with a master password.

Sort servers alphabetically

I noticed the servers are sorted per latency..Instead, sort by country, alphabetically, with the latency percentage showing up for each 1. The individual servers in each country, if more than 1 city/server, could be sorted per latency if need be...
